PR Travel document processing time at Kuwait

Hi,
Does anybody here know, how many days does it take to get a PR travel document in Kuwait. I will be travelling within 2 weeks and plan to come back in about 3 weeks, but my PR card is already expired and I just meet the residency requirements of 730 days now. Shall I apply for renewal and go or shall I apply after returning. Appreciate any information/ advise/ suggestions. Thanks in advance.

So which is which you applied or are waiting to apply as per your thread today on family member PRs. In your shoes I'd wait for the PR Card or build up a significant buffer of days. If you leave for Kuwait as things are then by the time you apply for the TD your 730 days will be no more don't you think. The visa posts in the ME play hardball expect a tough time especially if they catch on that you really work in the ME - they will smell any male cow manure real quick. If you are visitor visa exempt to Canada or have a US visa (and trust CBP to admit you) then any TD issues may be less problematic as you can travel back to Canada.
