PR tracker showed nothing after calling IRCC

Hi folks,

I called IRCC agent yesterday but there is no update as "We received your enquiry" since after the phone call.

Does this sentence always show on PR tracker after we call IRCC? I usually got them on the 2nd day but didn't get it this time so kind of worried.

Anyone has the same experience? Thank you for your reply.

Does anyone have the same problem with the tracker? Mine hasn't been updated for months and I began to worry if the tracker is not accurate at all.

PR tracker doesn't get updated in real time. The database it relies upon updates periodically.

About your worrying part - when you called IRCC, what did the agent say about the status of your application and what does your PR tracker show?
