PR through CEC refused..And BOWP is in process....

My work permit is expired 1 week ago while my BOWP was in process.
Now my CEC PR is refused due to lack of one document. But my BOWP application is still in process...Any guess what will happen to my BOWP application??

Tough luck mate. Next time make sure you submit all the docs with your application.

Technically you are still under implied status until your bowp gets officially refused. It will most certainly be refused bcz your pr application was not complete.

But you have another chance at getting an ITA before your bowp gets refused. apply for PR ASAP and get an AOR.

Then resubmit another bowp with the new aor and attach a letter of explanation with it.

My advice is to get your profile in the pool now and hope to god they won't process your bowp until you get a new ita.

May i know what happen with your BOWP at the end ? I mean did you get any positive news ?
