I concur with Leon.
Go to the CIC site and download the forms and guide for Family Class sponsorship. Also get visa office specific forms and guides from the immigration section of the Canadian High Commission in London. If the forms are too complicated for you then get some legal help. Make sure who ever helps you meets the legal requirements to be your representative e.g. member in good standing of the relevant legal/ bar association. Be careful there are a lot of scammers out to get your cash.
IMHO unless you have legal issues such as complicated custody arrangements or the person being sponsored has a criminal record that has to be checked into for inadmissibility issues then the forms are straightforward...most people fail to read them properly and to provide all documents and payment required at time of submission.
Good luck
