I have a PR card for Canada valid Till December 2015, due to some unforeseen circumstances I didn't migrated earlier, as per the law in-order to renew the PR card , I had to fulfil the 730 days residency requirements which I haven't. PR was issued in Dec 2010.
I have a question : I heard that still I can immigrate to Canada, before Dec'15 and stay there, fulfil the 730 days stay there and then I can apply for renew of PR. Appreciate if someone can offer advise is it true as per the existing law.
Another question is what will happen to my Job status. I mean once my PR card expire in Dec 15 , how legally I can stay, will I will be on WORK PERMIT or the Canadian government will allow me to work same like as I am on PR.
I have a family and to be honest need correct concrete information to take a decision. Any advise will be highly appreciated.
