Hello, it's been 5 months total since our PR was sent out, I had an AOR in Canada. Then they needed a small change in one of the document's so we sent it out promptly and quickly got approval they recieved the corrected document.
I was then approved as a sponsor and the papers were sent to Beirut Lebanon for processing of the applicant (my wife).
We got AOR2 and since then (it's been 3 months now) we have recieved no addotional updates.
This is the current status:
*Review of eligibility*
We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
*Review of medical results*
You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
*Review of additional documents*
We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
*Interview* You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
*Biometrics* We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
*Background check* Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
*Final decision* Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
I'm confused because it's been 4 months since we gave them the fixed document but it still says "reviewing additional documents"
Is that normal?
Also, does everything else seem on track? I remember signing up for monthly updates but since we never recieved anymore after AOR2 I just wanted to make sure everything seemed on track.
