All documents are submitted. My medicals are submitted 2 months back and I have also submitted latest PCC this week. How much time is required to get passport request from immigration offfice.

6 to 8 months. I did my medical in January and I just got passport request. You can check out the excel spreadsheet in my signature for better idea about processing time.

It does take longer than applying from within Canada. On CIC website it says that there processing time is 15 months.

Yea i am trying to find such threads. I know about their processing time on CIC website. But i didn't notice any of the case taking exactly 15 months on this forum. Either it is less or more. Its really very confusing.
