PR Request and Old Passport

Hi

I've got the PR request and am planning to send it tomorrow. Quick question - Do I need to send my old passport as well? I had renewed my passport last year due to change in personal particulars (this was before I began my application so I used the new one for the appl) The old one has my US B1 VISA. Would they need to see this as well? Should I be sending both?

Did you use your new passport number in the PR application?
If yes, then just send your new passport.
If you used old pp in the application then also send new passport with a LOE or send both.

Only the new passport is enough. Include a letter of explanation about the renewal. They don't need to see a US visa.
