PR Renewal

I seek the valuable suggestion of learned experts. I applied for renewal of PR card in last week of March 2018. In September 2019 I got a mail to submit colored copy of passport pages with additional information by IInd week of September2019.The same were sent on due dates. But in last week of Sept 2019 I received a mail stating that my application was rejected in August 2019 & I did not receive any information about rejection of my application . I made an appeal against the decision, .The appeal was allowed . My question is whether I am to apply fresh for PR RENEWAL or my application submitted in March 2018 will be considered.

You have to deal with your appeal. Anytime in Canada will not count towards your RO unless you get to keep your PR status. If you don’t have a lawyer I would really suggest getting one.

Need more information. When did you start residing as PR? Were you continuously living in Canada? Did you have any credit or any court cases or any other incidents with police or anyone else?
