Is there any provision that would give PR status back to a child who has left with his parents who formally withdrew their PR ? Can anyone help on this or refer to someone ?

What do you mean by formally withdrew their PR? Do you mean officially gave up their PR status? Was the child's status officially given up at the same time as the parents'?

If you were under 18 when they renounced their PR, the child would have lost their PR at the same time. If you were older than 18, chances are you could still apply for a PRTD if you are of a reasonable age. That's my understand of it.
