My PR will expire in June 2021, due to current circumstances (covid-19) and possible delay with my citizenship application also plan to submit PR renewal application.

Please advise on the below Questions on PR renewal form, thank you:

19. Your Address History: You must list all the addresses you have lived at, inside and outside Canada for the past five (5) years, or since becoming a permanent resident if less than five (5) years ago. You must account for each month during this time.
1)Do I include any addresses during my travel history (i.e., travel was less then 30 days outside of Canada). They were addresses of family members. ok to input the address under question 19 and follow up with Question 21 (travel history)?

For this Statement: Canada for the past five (5) years or since becoming a permanent resident if less than five (5) years ago.

The input should be for time in Canada during Permanent resident!?

The input should be for time in Canada during Permanent resident and not before without the PR status? Correct? thanks

Can you confirm my above query if they are the correct steps or how to proceed. Thanks

So there is nothing to do with lapse of status, and you want to renew PR card regardless?

Correct no lapse of status. Just applying to avoid the lapse. Just renew PR regardless while I wait for citizenship application. Can you confirm when the address history should start from? from the time of my arrival in Canada with PR?
