PR Renewal for my wife and me together.

I cannot remember how to apply for renewal of PR for both my wife and me. Do I fill out one application and just include my wife and her details, or do I fill out two separate applications - one each, along with two fees?
In other words, can I just fill out the one application and submit the one fee for us both?

Also worth mentioning that as of June of this year, all PR Card renewal applications must include the two pieces of `proof' of meeting the R.O.,even if never having left Canada during the 5 year window to be assessed.

Residency Obligation

To keep your permanent resident status, you must have been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years. These 730 days don’t need to be continuous. Some of your time abroad may count towards the 730 days. (source)
