PR Renewal for Children - Urgent Advice Needed

I want to renew PR cards for my kids, aged 14 and 12. I would need the following clarifications:

1. Is it required to meet residency obligation like adults?
2. If the absence is couple of months more than 1095 days, would it be risk to apply?
3. Do I need to submit all the documents like Adults, including passport copies, English translation of all the passport entry exit stamps, etc.

Would appreciate prompt response.

As far as I know, all the same requirements as by adults. Children also have to meet the residency obligation.
