PR Renewal but RO not met

Hi guys me & my husband both got PR in 2013 .stayed in canada for 1 month & then came back to india.our PR was for 5 yrs which ended in 2018.i want to renew my PR.
what are my chances for renewal & what will be the procedure ? what are my chances for rejection ?

1. You chance are pretty close to nil, unless you can get to the US and cross the Land Border into Canada, and not be detected for 2 years.
2. The Residency obligations are 2 years in every 5, it would appear you haven;t been in Canada for 7 years.
 
If you do manage to enter without being reported you will need to remain in Canada for 2 years without leaving. You won’t qualify to sponsor anyone until you become compliant with your RO again so if you have had children since your landing you will be separated for over 2-3 years.

i got PRTD approved & i m landing with my hubby & 2 kids...for kids i applied for TRV...what should be done after landing in canada to renew my PR ?

Wow your children got TRVs and you got PRTDs. That is incredibly rare. What is the code beside PRTD? r-1 or RC-1.

Did you apply for a PRTD on H&C grounds? If you did not, were you truthful about how much time you actually spent in Canada?

I’m curious too this an extremely rare situation. Keeping PR after being out of Canada for so long and their children getting TRVs.
