Hi

You have 730 days in Canada in the preceding 5 years. You have nothing to worry about. The system is not designed to penalize anyone who has made a home in Canada. I am sure you have made a good home.......

Best Regards

Fred

As the previous poster mentioned, so long as you have a MINIMUM of 730 days spent inside Canada in the preceding 5 years, you will be fine. I would check your days again, because 5 years should give you 1825 days. If your numbers are to be used, you spent 22 days in limbo.

Putting this in Excel, it looks like this:

08.01.10 landed
31.01.10 23 in Canada
22.10.11 629 US
07.09.12 321 in Canada
15.01.13 130 India
11.09.14 604 in Canada
29.10.14 48 India
07.01.15 70 in Canada

1018 days in Canada

807 days outside Canada

1825 total

So you actually have a few more days in Canada than counted because for PR, any part of a day spent in Canada counts as a full day so when you travel, both your travel days count as inside Canada.

In any case, you have way more than the 730 days you need so you have nothing to worry about.

Until you are absent for more than 1095 days it wouldn't be a problem.

I was out of the country for 1065 days and got my PR renewed. Good luck!!
