I have been trying to find an immigration lawyer in Toronto who would be committed to helping me with my case (as I am currently in South Africa). My PR card expired in 2009 and my renewal/Travel document application (under humanitarian grounds as my father was terminally ill hence me exceeding my time limit outside of Canada) was turned down by the Canadian embassy in SA 2012. I am awaiting a hearing date which I have applied to be in Canada for. I am hoping I can move back immediately if it's a successful outcome.
Please let me know if you can refer someone reputable with reasonable legal fees.
Ps: Try your best to not let your PR card expire (It's a Huge and Stressful Mishap to rectify)
