PR refusal thru Atlantic Pilot Program

Hi guys

I need an expert to help me find the answer please. My friend got an endorsement from NB province thru Atlantic Pilot Program, got her WP and now she is working also submitted all docs for PR application.

She just received email from CIC her PR application get refused. No explanation yet. In the check list said ; medical pass, no need interview, no need additional docs, and everything looks fine.

But decisions said refused, does not meet requirements.

Firsrt time I see the case of ATlantic Pilot Program applicant get PR refused. All people I know got their PR eve though got refused with their WP.

Please help, any advice suggestion would be appreciated.

Did your friend get an explanation why her application was refused. I do know this program has big problems and currently has a 30% decline rate. I am currently going through some problems with my PR application! It seems they are trying to get rid of certain roles off the scheme. Not good news when people leave home land and up root families.
