There are various kinds of student immgrtaion programmes like the Federal CEC or many other Provincial nominee programmes each having it's own criteria.
Here's a very good previous post about various student immigration programmes for international students in Canada. You can go through all the official links and decide for yourself, as to which may be more suitable for you depending upon availability of course, province choice etc.
