Hello,

I did an application lately for my PR and it was returned to me unfortunately to add more info.
I started this application before my mariage so I didn't add my husband to my profile at the beginning, because of that I didn't get all the files I have to fill once I got married during the process.
(My husband has a Canadian Citizenship)
Now, they're asking me to fill all what's missing but I don't have access to add my husband to my profile, so all the documents remain incomplet. I'm not able to complete them and as a result I can't send back the application.
I have two questions,
1. How can I correct this situation ?
2. Can I start a new application with the same payment receipt ?
Thanks !

Here are some screenshots from my application to understand more.

If you can’t edit or do anything just fill up new application.
for the payment receipt they wrote on their website that we can use the same, but I prefer pay the new fees and use that receipt and apply for the refund of the last one . And don’t forgot they are going to increse fees on 30th April

My PR application has surpassed the estimated processing time by over a year. Despite sending regular emails, I consistently receive the same response stating that my file is still under process and I will be contacted if any further information is needed. I would appreciate any advice or guidance on what steps I should take in this situation.

Im in the same situation, applied 2021 i have called so many times and im told the same thing that the application is in progress but nothing is of concern i am in QC as well, should we be concerned? Would it be a good idea to move out of QC and transfer file? Or maybe to just wait?
