PR Processing time after biometrics - 2020

Hi guys, please follow this thread and update any information you have regarding- how much time it is taking for PR after biometric submission.

My biometrics were done Oct 23. My estimated completion date was Dec 17th. I know there are some delays, but it's almost been 2 months

I mean processing time. I submitted my application back in early July, and it said estimated processing time would be Dec 17th. I did my biometrics on Oct 23rd. And the process says 100% now. So just waiting now.

Oh thanks! I’ve applied through an immigration consultant and so for that reason I’m not sure which stage I’ve reached. He’s gonna touch up with my profile once 6 months have passed. So, I’m trying to co relate the progress with other people.

Since your processing time is crossed 100% as of Dec 17th, can you confirm whether do you see status/ message as "your application is taking longer than usual" on your profile/ portal. Mine crossed 100% scheduled processing time as of Sept 17th and biometric was completed on Oct 27th but still awaiting for COPR, also i see the message "your application is taking longer".. so wondering whether this message is realistic based on individual application complexity or this messages comes up automatically for anyone as soon as 100% scheduled processing time is complete.

You can contact the IRCC and they can share you the details for your current progress. You do need the Application so please ask your consultant to share that to you.

AOR: 17 MAY, Biometric update: 22October(same day got uploaded), no update on Criminality and Eligibility yet !!!!

Application submitted- March 21st
Estimated completion date- September 22nd
Biometrics done and updated- October 2nd.
Now its Dec23rd and not reply yet.
called iRCC and talk to those customer care bots who literally just read what was on the profile. They dont know anything and they are useless. Submitted multiple webforms and not reply yet either.

Application applied: 6 th March,
Biometric letter : 12th March,
Biometric given: 5th October
Location: Ottawa
And still waiting for the application to be processed, status shows verifying the eligibility. My question is during the lockdown did they process the application without the biometric or they waited for the biometric to be done and then proceed to the following steps ? Let me know what you think.

Post covid if your lucky, your PR can take anything from 3, and up to 6 months after you receive your AOR, depending on how fast you application is processed by the officer handling your file.

Well I have no idea, it shows completed on Oct 5th even before my wife given biometrics.

I am seeing some folks passed medicals before biometrics... are they upfront medicals??

Biometrics request: Dec-22-2020.
Biometrics scheduled: Jan-04-2021.

1. Getting biometrics request notification means that the eligibility is completed??
2. Can I go ahead and give upfront medicals even after I submitted my application (paper based by mail)??

Hi,

my application is as follows:
Express entry with PNP nomination. NOC code 7241 Electrician.
AOR March 23rd
Biometrics were finally given on November 16th.
Still no update since biometrics.

If anyone has given biometrics during Covid-19 and has received CoPR, please share your application timeline!

Not sure if there's a pattern in processing after biometrics are given.
