PR processing for 2021

I need your kind assistance. I submitted mine and family PR application on 06th of August 2021 and just today I got an email from CPC-Mississauga stating that you applied PR application in which you listed following family members and that you’re eligible for Pilot Project Program (Which was initiated in December 2019 for Protected person family reunification, under this program PR process get done in almost year or so).
Then they stated that your dependents will receive check list shortly, and you need to submit forms and documents if you have already not done so;
I then received another email which is actually addressed to My wife along with the checklist including forms, Police character certificate and biometric fee and that you have to submit whatever is being asked in 30 days from the date of that request otherwise you will be unable to participate in Pilot Project.
Now, I’m confused that do I need to submit each and everything once again or only Police Certificate for My Mrs coz I have already submitted forms and biometric fee when I applied Permanent Resident through IRCC online Portal? My wife didn’t sign the representative form because I submitted everything online through IRCC portal.

Your dependants can submit all documents again through a webform and you should get a biometric request from IRCC in your email

Did you not pay the fee when you first applied? How much do you cost to reunite your family?

I paid already. But the post which I replied it says I need to submit all papers again so I asked if I need to pay the fees again too

No, you don't need to pay again if you paid already. Your dependants will receive biometric request from IRCC soon

You submit all the documents of everyone in accordance with the requirements of the list again!

No. You dont need to pay the fee again

i should submit many documents that their size is more than 3.5 MB after compression.
How can i use from Webform? Can i send documents in 2 or 3 webforms?
it is so confusing

i sent 3 webform one there is no way you can fit all documents in 1 webform

I see there is no more updates about new copr here, it seems ircc hit the 401000 pr for 2021 and after releasing that news they stopped processing files, this is so embarrassing that ircc speeds up for last month to reach the liberal party propaganda goals and then stops processing, this means they can do all this procedures faster but just when they need to.

I totally agree. Mine went from 28% to 29% in one month. I think someone opened my file looked at my date of birth then closed my file again!

I do not think they hit that number. They are just simply having Christmas breaks, vacations and etc. You are right about when they need to show some numbers, they do it fast.

Couldn't agree with you more.... I guess they hit Lotto Max and took vacation to celebrate. Provided they are not doing EE draws, they'll be back next year and start with new target. But it could be they are on vacation or other departments that works with them have limited staffing during end of year... I guess both
