PR PORTAL TIME

Hi guys,
We got PR approval, Jul 8th we sent email with details to:
IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca - and we are waiting for acces to PR portal. Since this day, we didn’t receive any confirmation of receiving an email, we still don’t have access to the portal.
this is how y’all had? Any idea what’s the estimated time waiting for the access?

As far as I know it should go to Montreal.

As far as I know it should go to Montreal.

Yes, wait for portal 2. Nothing you can do. Check other threads for timelines. All of the data here is anecdotal though.

whitelist "cic.gc.ca" domain, that way you won't miss the email. If you cross a month or so, worth calling IRCC and checking with them if they sent an email that you never received. Last few annoyances I guess.
