PR Portal Time Question

Can you guys share how long you had to wait after submitting your declaration and photo on the portal for it to be approved? My partner submitted theirs around Sept 21 and it hasn’t changed then (no notice that it’s been approved or sent off for printing either):

- In Canada declaration: Submitted
- Mailing address: Accepted
- Photo: In Review with IRCC

I'm waiting since 24th of august just keep waiting, we cant do anything.
