I recently had my and my spouse PR photo rejected in the PR portal on March 14, 5 weeks after submitting them. We could not take a new one right away and needed to wait until March 21 to take and send new ones. Our address was still waiting for approval.
Nevertheless on March 20 I received an email saying that my PR confirmation case has been successfully submitted, I went to check my PR portal and saw that our address was approved and both our pictures has been reframed and resubmitted without us doing anything. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I am very worried those will be rejected again and will delay even further us getting our cards while we were planning on visiting back our home country in July.
Has someone ever met a similar situation?
