PR Portal "Incomplete Application"

Hello,

Today I noticed that the return reason changed from "photos are missing" to "Incomplete application". The status is still "submitted" and the view button is greyed out. We originally applied December 7th and resubmitted on January 24th.

Is this just a glitch? Should I take any action or just wait it out?

Definitely take action; call CBC News!

Hi - i got the same return reason today but the view button is greyed out… do you think your call prompted your file to be corrected or that its a system glitch and it’ll correct itself eventually?.. not sure if i should call or just wait it out…

its a glitch. I had the "incomplete application" message for less than 24 hours.

Nope no updates yet.. but someone that had submitted feb 1st received her card friday while the portal still says incomplete application!… sooo im just waiting it out and hoping one day it just shows up in my mailbox

I applied feb 18th.. I was able to link on gckey last week which means they are processing but I have not received my card yet.
