I resided in Canada when I submitted my PR application. I moved back to my home country while waiting for the application to be processed (I notified the immigration regarding the change of my residential address).
Just the other day I received an invitation email to the PR portal and was asked if I am currently residing in Canada. I said I am NOT residing in Canada and the agent said I am not eligible to use the portal. I have been trying to get in contact with the immigration by submitting web form to explain my situation but they never replied.
May I ask if anyone could make any suggestion on what I should do? Any outlander who is in my situation?
