Hello everyone, I just got off the phone with IRCC, and apparently, my portal email was sent to me on the 12th of April, but I never received it. We confirmed my email, and I checked my spam. There is nothing there. The agent over the phone said all I can do is wait. Has anyone been in this situation before, if so, what did you do?

My Primary VO is Sydney and Secondary is Montreal
 
same here , made application in may 25 th but email till date, did you get an email since then

I found their emails and emailed them. Got a response with portal 2 details the next day. I got eCopr three days later.

Hi I got my PR tracker updated but did not get any portal email wating since last week.Can you help me how to contact agent i tried to call tollfree number multiole times.
 
You need to call at 8 am on the dot on the toll free number.
 
Me, my spouse and kids got an email each. As was mentioned in the letter, I acted as, the principal applicant and replied details requested in the provided template for each one of us in one compiled email the next day on 15th Nov. Waiting for the second email. Can anyone guide me how much time does it take for login credentials.
