PR Portal Email - CEC - outside of Canada

Hello,

I have received email from IRCC stating that I need to provide information for Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal. I will be going outside of Canada for a month and leaving this weekend for family emergency. I have applied through CEC inland and currently on open work permit with TRV valid till 2023. How many days I have to reply to this email?
If I respond, will they give ecopr and my TRV would be invalid? Or should I let them know that I will be outside of Canada?
