Scenario; recent PR, presently in US, OINP. Applied for a job in ON employer who has branch in US. Job location is US, ready to sponsor US visa.

So as per the rule and above situation, if I work for that ON employer, stayong in US since work location is US under US work visa, those days will be counted towards PR physical stay requirements and OINP requirements?

No - these days will not count towards the PR residency requirement.

In order to count, you first have to be hired for a job that is physically located in Canada and the work for that employer in Canada for a while. At a later date, if that employer transfers you to a temporary role outside of Canada, you can then count these days towards RO.

If you are hired for a role directly that's in the US, you cannot count these days towards RO.

Can you work remotely for a employer in US while living and paying taxes in Canada?

That's up to your US employer (i.e. whether they allow you to work in another country).
