Hi, my wife has received her portal invitation and is trying to upload a digital photo that meets their specifications, but it is so, so hard. Even paying for an online service resulted in a photo with insufficient pixels. No local photographer seems willing to give us a digital print. How on earth does anyone manage this?

Where is your wife located?

It's easy, if you have Photoshop, please set the resolution of the photos to be uploaded to 600 DPI and the size of the photos to 50mm X 70mm.

Well, the photo fits that description, but she gets a warning message about too few pixels when she tries to submit it. Maybe I wasn't close enough when I took it? Or too close?

You shouldn't be taking the photo. Unless you're a professional photographer.

We would have loved to just get Staples to do it, but they don't do digital copies, and scanning their professional photos resulted in the wrong dimensions. I was in tears of frustration trying to get the last set of digital pictures done. I no longer remember how we succeeded, if we did. We submitted a photo yesterday, so fingers crossed for happy news soon.
