Most PCCs has validity of 6 months from issuing date. The while family- wife and kids have to go for medicals. Job offer letter needs to have your name, start and end date of employment, salary, working hours, duties and contact info of employer.

Hello!

Here are the answers to your questions:

  1. If you are currently residing in Canada and you are applying for permanent residence from within the country, you do not need to provide a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) with your application. However, if you have lived in any other country for more than 6 months in the past 10 years, you will need to provide a PCC for that country.
  2. All applicants, including family members, are required to undergo a medical examination if they are applying for permanent residence. This is to ensure that they do not have any health conditions that would pose a risk to public health or safety, or would cause excessive demand on Canada's health or social services.
  3. The National Occupational Classification (NOC) code is an important part of the immigration process, as it helps to identify the skill level and job duties of the position you are applying for. While it is not mandatory to have the NOC code on your job offer letter, it can be helpful to include it as it can make the application process smoother.
  4. The correct PR portal link can be found on the Government of Canada's website. It is important to ensure that you are using the official government website to avoid any potential scams or fraud.
I hope this information helps you with your application. Good luck!
