You can create an EE profile now. No harm in doing that.

You have a spouse that intends to live in Canada - so your CRS is 470. I hope you don't follow others by gaming and not including your spouse.

Next, create an EE profile. You've no reason not to do so right now. You never know how IRCC will conduct it's draws and missing out on opportunities isn't helpful.

Regarding pathways, use ChatGPT or Google and you'll find what you are eligible for. That's your homework, if you get stuck somewhere, ask us.

We have also seen IRCC now also crack down on people trying to do this

518 points may be good enough to get invited this year, but I wouldn't rely on just that. I would advise you to have a plan B and start working on it as well. Some options:
- PNP (you have to search the pathways on your province)
- Learn French
- Improve English score (if applicable)
- Improve your spouse's profile to increase overall score.

Of course. I would liike to add my Spouse now rather than following with a longer procedure and most importantly risk of getting both of us rejected. Appreciate your advice.
As of now i would be eligible for FSW but i can also apply under CEC after a year.

Given addition of the NOC likely have a better chance than you did a week ago.
