Status : IN PROCESS:

1 We received your application for PR on Aug 21, 2018
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on Oct 01,2018
3.We started processing your application on Oct 01, 2018
4. .......being waiting.....? AOR in this step???

That Means CIC sent your AOR on OCT 01,2018. Did you check your emails? you need to link your application online using gckey account so that the future correspondence from and to CIC would be online.

Is it the step no.2 is AOR? Actually, I did not receive any email from CIC regarding to the AOR, any abnormal on my progress?

yes, step2 is the date they sent AOR. Normally they will send AOR's by email.check your spam folders etc., or you can call CIC reg your application.

yes,but usually it will take min of 6 months to 1 yr to get medical request. The time period varies for each and every application.
