PR Paper base application or Online. Need help??

Hey,
I just got my claim accepted and wanted to apply for PR. Can anyone please tell me does it make any difference to apply online or Paper base. Would the process be faster if I apply online?
Please reply if any one has any sort of information. I would really appreciate. Thanks
