IMM5710 is a generic form. You need to include a letter explaining that you have applied for inland sponsorship.

This is news to me. Glad I saw this. Thanks for the heads up!

That advice is specific to the OP's situation, where the OWP is being submitted separately from the PR app. It does not apply when the apps are sent together.

Thanks for the advise, I'm doing the application following the guide 5553 and i have the form IMM 5710, IMM 5409 (common law declaration that maybe i don't need), photos of the passport and the checklist. I really don't know if i need all of this but just in case.

You didn't need it all but it won't hurt.

I have everything ready to send the application, but I have doubts about one thing. Someone now's if I need to send another medical with is application if I already did for my PR application? I'm asking because of the OWP restrictions. Thanks

I don't understand what you are asking. If you have already done a medical within the past year, you don't need to do another one.

Yes you right, was a stupid question. There is a question about the employment in the last 10 years, i never worked but I'm living in canada since july so i put unemployd since that date. But I'm curious if i need to say that i was studying before coming to canada, do you know something about this? Thanks so much for your help.

Not in the employment section.

Pros in the house,

I need your advice, i have been reading alot on this platform, i'm going to paint my scenario to seek counsel.

Presently I'm on an SOWP(Spousal Open Work Permit) which expires in December 2019, My spouse recently graduated and changed her Study Permit to a 3years PGWP in antipication of filing for PR and add me as a dependent in the PR application.

I'm seeking a way to extend my SOWP before expiration in December 2019(Recall that we are both temporary resident at this time).

Option1- My Spouse gets a job in NOC 0, A or B with her PGWP and my Spousal Open Work Permit is renewed. We are presently hunting for jobs in those NOC.

Option2- Enter the Express Entry Pool after convocation in October, Hopefully get ITA before End of October and submit a PR application (adding me as a dependent) alongside an OWP extension changing the conditions of my present SOWP.

Kindly Advise

Question1
Can we submit a PR paper application and OWP together. I dont know if we qualify for SCLPC class since we are both temporary resident at this point.

Question 2
If Question 1 is Yes, can i maintain Implied Status pending when we receive the WP submitted along side the PR application.

Question 3
What are my other options?

OWP Eligibility includes
"are a dependent family member of someone who applied for permanent residence"
