Pr Online portal applicants (calgary office)

Guys,
I have a question. I replied to the first email and provided all info including my overseas family members. However, when I got the login details, I just found myself in the portal. The portal did not include my family members who are abroad. Is this normal? Are they going to send another email for them or what is the story? Who has the same issue?

Please let me know.

Yes, a got the portal created and upload everything on the 19 of June and got ecopr on the 23 of June. Only because I email them and inquiry how long does it takes. But Calgary normally takes 1 to 2 weeks
