PR on Process, pls help

greetings!
somebody can help me 'bout this, i am sure everybody has experience all this matter as PR processing is concerned,
we are into "Family Class" category as i read the communication sent from CIC. my wife now presently work in canada and has a PR 1st stage approved last nov '08 and done her medical examination.
as i looked at the time table shown on Family Class, the processing time ( 8 mos. 80% ) approval. i submitted all the requirements as they ask last sept '08 CIC Makati Philippines. so i presume that 20% will need more 2 mos.to wait.
1. what is the next thing that i expect from CIC as waited?
2. after a yr waiting the results, is it possible that they want me to submit another documents or they will notify earlier as soon as possible, that i have problems of my documents before reaching 8 mos, as the time table shown.

She can request the embassy about the status of her application. Better to send on line "ECAS - Case Specific Enquiry" so that she may be able to get a faster reply than an ordinary mail or e mail. Usually, If they need any additional documents, they will ask for it.

i read a lot of questions and answers that almost same my problem everyday in this forum. here's my follow up questions.
1. Is it true that the moment you received an Application Form PR from the
CIC Medical forms is included? coz i received only:
a) IMM 0008
b) IMM 5476
c) IMM 5406
d) IMM 5490
e) Appendix C Photo Specifications
2. how can i request that Medical forms and have my Medical exam to the
Accredited MD? what is the process,?
