My only concern is that you only recently moved away from your parents to go Canada knowing your parents were 82+ and had no family around. You didn't seem to have made any plans knowing that your parents (now mother) would need help.
When I left my home country to come to Canada, both my parents were well in their healh and two of my mother's sibling were alive. So she had company and a lot of support. My father was even 3 years younger than my mother and his death was sudden. During my mother's stay in Canada she lost both of her siblings. My plans were to come to Canada with my family, be established and then explore the option of parent sponsorship, but unfortunately things happenned differently. I totally understand your concerns but with seniors parents I feel that it's not possible to make long run plans.
My serious concern now is also how can I extend her stay in Canada while waiting immigration's decision on our H & C application. Will this reason be adequate to extend her stay in Canada till the final decision is made?

If her application is denied will I be able to sponsor her under a different immigration program, having in mind that in summer 2019 I will be in Canada for 3 years?
