Does anyone know if the PR obligation for a person that was granted PR under the protected persons category is the same as the PR obligation for a person granted PR under Skilled worker category?
I hope to hear the answer from an expert..

Thanks,

Yes - it's the same for everyone regardless of how PR was granted.

Thank you Scylla fory our reply. I just wanted to confirm that with someone as i heard from someone that a protected person who has got the PR should not stay backhome for along time (more than about 4mths) before becoming a citizen.

Can any one plz help me in sharing their own experience.

About the same time for all the other applications processed in Canada.

I recently received a request to undergo a medical exam for myself and my family, who are all currently with me. This came as a surprise because we already completed our medical exams when we applied for refugee status in November 2022.

Is it common to be asked for a second medical exam within such a short period? Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.
