I am applying for a job and it asked for PR number. I have not received PR card yet as IRCC asked for new photos. Is the PR number printed on the COPR anywhere or is this something I can get only when I get my PR card? Thanks in advance for answering.

You get it when you get PR card. It is printed on it. Confusingly and stupidly enough, it is not clear which one it is, because it has no label. It will be on the back of the card.
However, for now, as others suggested, use you UCI. To be on safe side (i.e., not return application by some over-zealous officer), you could also attach a short note explaining why you provided UCI.
