I have not sent in my application yet for PR in Canada. As of right now the plan is to live in Vancouver. I was talking with my boyfriend last night and he mentioned possibly moving to Montreal. As long as this happens after I have received my PR it doesn't matter where I live, correct?

There was a small discussion about this issue here, but there was no definitive answer regarding the matter.

Ah, okay. So it looks like I can move to Quebec down the road if we decide to do that, but working there will be the issue.

I spoke to the MICC and they told me that you do not need a CSQ, and you can move to Quebec and work there without restriction. In her words, "You have the same benefit as everyone else."

This is a half-truth in the sense that a CSQ entitles you to Quebec resident tuition, but we were speaking about work and living there, which she said has no restrictions for any PR, CSQ or not.
