PR MEDICALS - EPILEPTIC - Express Entry

I am the primary applicant for PR through express entry and I revealed that once I got siezure in 2018 dec and clearly mentioned that’s the first and last time happened to me. So does it gonna affect rejection of my PR application because I had siezure once in last two years. Please confirm me thank you

Epilepsy is not and will not be a reason for rejection, we passed the medicals;
we declared my wife's epilpetic case, and it was filtered under level B for routinely review (since there is a case) but passed eventually, as i learned that such a case is not critical or a reason for rejection.
