PR Landing

Hi
Can someone advise if an individual can do PR landing with COPR letter and copy of IM-1 visa? The original passport with IM-1 visa was stolen and hence is declared lost and new short term passport is issued now. This is for an Indian national who lost passport in Paris while on way to Canada for immigration landing. Short term passport is issued in Paris
Advise will be appreciated

It depends on the airlines, If they accept to take you onboard. Check with airlines that are looking to travel. Most probably it would be a NO.

You will have to send your passport again for stamping or reach out to IRCC via webform
