PR Landing Interview at CIC Kitchener

Hi everyone!

We received Decision Made on April 24th, 2015 (Inland Applications - Application received November 22, 2013) and were advised that CIC in Kitchener will be contacting us with an appointment date.

Has anyone had a PR landing interview at CIC Kitchener? If so, could you please help us out with sharing your timeline? I couldn't find any PR Landing interview timelines for Kitchener.

We'll be sure to post our timeline once we get all the information. I'm just anxious because I have a lot of work travel coming up and would like to give my employer an idea of how long they need to hold back the travel for.

We contacted our MP, who said it is taking about 1.5 months before Kitchener even gets around to scheduling an interview date. They actually said they even have a case of one family where it has been over 2 months and they aren't scheduled yet.

If anyone could provide their timeline it would be greatly appreciated!

Landing Interview: May 8, 2015

We could not believe we got the interview date so fast! Maybe getting our MP involved helped the turn-around? We're just over the moon this 17+ month horrific ordeal is coming to an end!

I an inland applicant (family class/spousal) and got my DM email on May 26 stating that the Kitchener office will contact me. I received an email today (May 31st) with my landing appointment details. It is scheduled on June 10th. A CIC rep I spoke to yesterday told me that the Kitchener office takes around 4 weeks just to get in touch and it is usually by mail (sometimes by email ), but I have found out from other threads too that that's not the case. Usually they email ,pretty soon, and the landing date they give is also quite close.
