You got good advice in this thread at the start of April. You might want to read through this again. No at that point the owners changed but my job stayed same no changes. Now i have lost the job new employer decided to reduce workforce.
I did and I appreciate their advice. I just wanted to ask will this affect my PR application in anyway? Can it be canceled or not?You got good advice in this thread at the start of April. You might want to read through this again.

No it won't be immediately cancelled. Your PR application can generally only be cancelled if your NOMINATION is revoked. Your PR application is tied to the nomination first and foremost, not directly to a job if that makes sense. I also expect that at 38 months, IRCC will need to show some type of leniency towards your application because they have screwed you over with an excessive processing time. I am honestly surprised you haven't filed a writ of mandamus yet.I did and I appreciate their advice. I just wanted to ask will this affect my PR application in anyway? Can it be canceled or not?
Do I need a lawyer to file writ of mandamus? Or is it something i can file myself. No it won't be immediately cancelled. At this stage you need to notify your province. They will provisions in place, such as giving you 45-90 days to find new work and then they'll discuss options with you. The provinces will likely try hard to support you to keep your nomination given how long you've lived and worked in your nominated province/territory. Only when those provisions are exhausted would a province revoke your nomination, but you're in a special situation where IRCC has treated you unreasonably so it's hard to tell.
Your best bet is to try and find new work and pray that your PR comes through before the clock runs out for you to find a job in the province you're in.
Get a lawyer for mandamus.Do I need a lawyer to file writ of mandamus? Or is it something i can file myself.
Ok thanks! For all the help i will get on it first thing tomorrow morning.Get a lawyer for mandamus.
However you still need to notify the province that you have lost your job and find a new job willing to support your nomination.
