Do I need a lawyer to file writ of mandamus? Or is it something i can file myself.

No at that point the owners changed but my job stayed same no changes. Now i have lost the job new employer decided to reduce workforce.

My PR is still in process with federal government for over 38 months now but today I lost my job that sponsored me for Provincial nomination. Does this mean I lose my PR? PLEASE HELP!!

@moscatojuices 1. Application received on march 2020 2. correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March, 2020. 3. started processing your application on March, 2020. 4. sent medical instructions and received on January, 2021. 5. We sent you correspondence on March 2, 2023.

Thanks @vkamath I do have the job just that company got sold to another person and the new owners don’t want to support PR program yet. Do you know how long would it take them to reply on that correspondence since it’s already been over a month now.
