PR - is there proof of returning home?

Just a quick question, I know with temporary visas you must supply sufficient proof that you will return home if denied. Is that required for permanent residency apps as well? I don't see it listed anywhere on the application or guides. Thank you!

Are you referring to Outland? If so, no, there is no form for that. I am not too sure about inland however..., but my guess would be no.

When you apply for PR, you are applying for the right to live in Canada forever if that is what you want so no, there is no requirement to prove that you are planning on returning home. If you are already in Canada on a temporary visa when you apply for PR, then you have already proven that you would return home in order to get that temporary visa.
