Hi, i am Inland applicant.I got my passport back with 2 copies of COPRs ( one copy has my photo on it and another one doesn’t) And I have been asked to send COPR with one photo that meets their specifications to the given address if I want to get my PR card. But I am very confused that which copy of COPR should I send them? Or do I have to send both copies of COPR ?
and if I am going to send both copies then will they send me one copy of COPR back with PR card or what ?

please let me know if knows anything about it.

Inland applicant. PPR request received early March. Passport sent to Ottawa early in March. Delivered to Ottawa March 13 or so.
The return tracker never activated. The online system never updated. I raised the web form once and received a general response that 'the application is still in process', it was in May or so.

Yesterday, I received a call from an immigration officer to confirm if I'm still living in Canada and my home address. The conversation was quick.
After the call, COPR email was sent to me ' Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada!' with the official document attached etc, and the request to send the photos again to get the final original PR printed. In the meantime, the letter attached is to be used inside Canada as my permanent residence status confirmation.

WAITED over 3 months after PPR with silence. Looks like thing are moving but slowly. GOOD LUCK to you all!

Hey , what did you end up doing ?
I was in the same situation and I think I made a mistake because I only sent them one copy of the CoPR and I feel I should have sent them both. I sent them an email (Montreal) to clarify, and they replied back saying that they are very overwhelmed right now and unable to answer any questions !!
To avoid any delay, I recommend you just send them both copies ,that way you wont lose anything. If they dont need both they will just send you one back with PR card I am assuming. Good luck.
Let me know please if you already know what to dom

Hi there
They just need one copy with photo attached on it. They don’t recommend sending client copy.
Hope this helps

Hi
I am under a similar situation. However, my ECAS is not updated as IRCC agent confirmed by the application is closed. I don't know what does that means. I am confused and don't know what else to do besides waiting.

Did you receive more than one document?
Personally, I received only one document that says congratulations you are now a permanent resident and with instructions what to send to get the card.
By the way,I am also in Montreal

My family and i have received COPR on March 4 and have yet to land... our flights keep getting cancelled. Also my homeland country's border has continued to remain closed. I saw that we could ask IRCC for an extension but I'm trying not to do so unless it's really necessary as our COPR expires in the ending of August and we are still trying to leave. We were exempted from entering Canada being that we were given COPR before March 18. Is this still the case with the new travel restrictions in place as of June 30 barring entry to foreign nationals?
