Hi guys,
I’m working for a company through employment agency, 9-5, have T4, vacation pay etc. My question is are the words “permanent full time employee” in the experience letter a deal breaker? Because I’m told that my status is im an “assignment employee“ not sure if they can mention fulltime in the letter.
