PR Holder, Want to bring parents and my sister in canada

Hi Guys,

I am a PR of Canada, I want to bring my Mother( housewife) and father ( business) and sister to canada on a visitor visa.
My sister just got married and its not on file. I want to ask if filing her visa with mom dad as "Single" is a better option or Filing with "married" status.

I really need help as i am going to apply for them first time.
Or shall i apply mom and sister or dad and sister or all together. ?

Please help me out.
Any help appreciated.

If she is married, saying she is single would be considered lying and misrepresentation. Lying to CIC is a serious offense.

Or shall i apply mom and sister or dad and sister or all together. ?

They can do as you see fit.
